Under the law, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of its receipt, without giving any reason.
How to return the product?
1. Submit a request to return a product to Customer Service at your convenience:

3. Prepare the package for shipment. Try to carefully secure the shipment so that it is not damaged during transport.
4. Please attach a printed and completed return form. It is not compulsory, but it definitely facilitates the whole process.
5. Send the parcel with the note “return the e-shop” to the following address

6. After receiving the shipment, we will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method other than the cheapest normal delivery method offered by the Store) within 14 days to the indicated bank account or in the case of card payment, the refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made.
All the products available in our online store are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Complaints are processed in accordance with the Regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code (art. 556–576).
How to make a product complaint?

6. Complaints are considered up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product complained about along with the required documents.
7. You will be informed electronically about how to consider the complaint.
8. The cost of shipping is refunded by the store if the complaint is considered justified.
Delivery time and cost
After receiving the payment, the order is shipped within 24 hours on business days.
The delivery time by DPD courier and delivery to the Inposta parcel machine is up to 2 business days. Usually, the package arrives within 24 hours.
The delivery is not carried out on weekends and holidays.
